Excellent listening skills

I recently visited Dr. Pellitteri due to an issue with my throat and enlarged glands. I cannot express how happy I was with this whole experience. I assumed I really had something wrong with my throat (maybe cancer) and was very apprehensive about my appointment. First of all the lady at check in Mary-???, was very pleasant and efficient. Then Dr Pellitteri's assistant was very very thorough with her assessment of my symtoms, making sure the Dr. had all the facts. Dr. Pellitteri was very personable, thorough in his examination, quickly making a diagnosis and setting my apprehension at ease. Fortunately, my diagnosis was not serious. I highly recommend Dr. Pellitteri to everyone who needs an ENT specialist.

Very thorough and courteous. He conducts his self very professionally and is very willing to utilize other professional s as necessary.

Dr. Pellitteri personifies professionalism. He truly cares for his patients and believes in quality in his work. I'm so grateful to God I found this amazing physician/surgeon.

Horrible bed side manner...His cell phone rang. He was very rude to his office staff/assistants. He acted as if I was clueless-he certainly was. He hadn't read any of my chart-not prepared to help me in the least bit. Seemed irritated that I questioned what he was saying. Definitely wouldn't want him as a surgeon.

Very poor bedside manner. Didn't "Finish " My surgery, as I was told by another Doctor why my throat is not feeling like it should. Dr. Pellitteri did not repair the muscles he had to cut through to take a growth from my thyroid. I went back to him less then a year after surgery to be checked because something just didn't feel right. he told me there was nothing wrong. Cover Up? Possibly....

My visit itself was a worst. Never got a call back for the follow up.
