I recently was scheduled for a biopsy at an imaging center this doctor was assigned to perform. At the 11th hour I was informed they would be using metal biopsy markers inserted into tissue to which I told them I had metal allergies to which this so-called “doctor” refused to perform the biopsy unless I agreed to have the markers, w/o any regard to my requests or concerns. I ended up going to a surgeon and to a different location of the same imaging center to which the new radiologist listened to my concerns and took my medical history into account, did a thorough exam and found I didn’t even need the biopsy. You can have all the prestigious education, degrees, training, and credentials in the world, but if you don’t listen to your patients or have compassion for their needs, you might as well be a hall monitor. I’d avoid the Imaging Healthcare Specialists Alvarado location as well as this provider, based on my experience.

I have had a CT of my Ascending Aortic Aneurism (4-4.3 cm, 65 year old male) for observation for years and this guy just said it's not an aneurism and follow-ups not required. This guy (used loosely as I would say quack) is in direct opposition of places like the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Health and other cardiac specialists. I would highly recommend you request this guy not read your CT or any other test. He should probably not have a license to practice.
