I have never been more impressed at how much care and concern Dr. Riley gives his patients. Nothing but great things to say for him and also his nurses and staff. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.

For the first time in a very long time, we have hope that my husband's foot problems brought on by diabetes can be treated. Dr. Riley believes that his circulation issues can be treated. He has not walked much in nearly 5 years. Finally we are getting treatment

I saw Dr. Riley today because of an ingrown toenail. He took so much time to talk to me about the causes of ingrown toenails and other concerns about my feet as a whole. He answered every question I had with patience and care. He did not push the minor surgery involved with ingrown toenails, was conservative about treatment options, and wanted to make sure I was informed and comfortable with treatment options. Dr. Riley, his nurse, and the staff at ETSU Surgery made this experience much easier.

My daughter was very nervous about the possibility of having ingrown toenail surgery. The doctor was very thorough and very personable. She was so comfortable that we did a follow up appt and had the other foot toenail trimmed as well. Excellent care- cannot do any better. Thank You. Addison

Dr. Riley performed surgery on both of my feet. He is a fantastic doctor. He takes lots of time with you & he is so caring & friendly. I really appreciate his kindness and his expertise.

I highly recommend Dr Riley. He is excellent in all categories and I would not hesitate to take my family members to him. He is well versed in his profession and goes out of his way to explain everything to the patient so they can understand. Both him and his nurse are true professionals!

I have a liz franc injury to my foot.Dr.Riley is the only Doctor I will see.He is wonderful and he really cares about my injury and the pain I am in.
