5 star rating of the Administrative and medical support staff, so professional, intelligent, personable, and caring. Unfortunately, poor Joshua Phillip smith, MD is lacking all of the above. Appointments are laughably inadequate, from no discussion about what pain areas are of most concern to why medications may or may not help. Bring rx bottles to every appointment and allow the unsanitary act of having your pills counted? I’m pretty sure his focus is the silly hardware he’s pushing for which there are no supportive clinical trials showing efficacy. Good to know that he’s not interested in the patient, only the hardware he’s pushing. Hang in their penalized chronic disease from birth with no cure patients, there are great docs out there, God bless them and prayers for Smith. In my research of him, I only found ONE written review vs. check the box type, and it was one sentence, “so glad you left Hickory” - 18 years practicing and only one written review? My sites were set very… low, and they did not disappoint.
