Terrible customer service. Very rude and did not explain how the item worked and talks down to his patients. Even when wrong.

He didn’t listen to me and instead went on an unsolicited rant about how exercising will help my depression. He palpated my abdomen for no reason, I left feeling violated.

My appointment with him was a waste of time and money. I got a ‘you look well, just go get cold medicine’.

Dr ignored my complaints of stomach pain. I'm in my late 60's. Kept saying I was lactose intolerant. Ended up at Riverbend emergency. Ovarian cancer Stage 4.

I have been with this Doctor for thirty years. He knows me and remembers my medical history. I like him because he listens to me and takes enough time to understand what my problems are and I believeI acts on them to the best of his ability. He refers me to good specialists when needed and I trust his judgment. He is knowledgeable and keeps up to date on latest medical research.

I was very disappointed with this Dr and his bedside manner.
