Dr. Phillip Reginald Triplett, DO

Terrible bedside manner. Does not look up when talking to patient. Does not explain anything to patient. His office is on the second floor and the elevator is broken. My MIL is 86 yrs old and walks with a cane or walker. There was supposed to be someone to help her up and down the steps which is still too hard. No parking, so her son could not go in with her to help and he has health issues, too. Very disappointed. Would not recommend him to anyone. I usually went with her at the other office, but I have a broken back and could not go, much less do those steep stairs. Looking for new doctor, if any recommendations, would be appreciated.

I stopped going to dr Triplett because of how I was treated, now my mom has been having issues. He needs some work on his bedside manner.

He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and he was my doctor for a couple years but he gave up on me he acts as though it's easy to get up and do things when your hurting from fibromyalgia and soon enough he'll discharge you I seen his wife once and she was really nice but once you get discharged from Reginald you also cannot see his wife anymore so I would not recommend seeing him at all and his bedside manner isn't so great he acts as though he cares for awhile but then doesn't show any empathy towards the patient or listen to them anymore.

Dr.Triplett spent a great deal of time with me on the two visits I Had. I have seen 4 DRs in the valley and can say both he and his wife DR Leigh whome i saw for Rumatoid arthritis have been great. I'm sure I am in good hands with the two of them,trust me ,I know my way around the medical field.
