Dr. Phillip M Jensen, DDS

He's a drug addict. He steals pain meds by watering down the pain meds with saline that he uses on his patients. Then, after the patient endures excruciating pain, he fraudulently bills the full cost of the drugs to insurance. He's being sentenced to 15 years in prison for his crimes, but deserves a much harsher sentence. He's a scumbag whose been doing this for at least 13 years. All his victims need to sue his malpractice insurance asap.

Dr Jensen removed all my teeth. I experienced extreme pain during the surgery. When I attempted to communicate that I was in pain, his assistant said that my "whining was just making matters worse". I was told to expect mild swelling and bruising but I was covered in bruises from my forhead down onto my chest. (How do you get a knot and bruise on your forehead during oral surgery???) My daughter says that Dr Jensen was very rude to her when she picked me up in recovery.

Had 5 broken off teeth some below gum line removed last week, went really well and have had no problems. Dr. and staff where excellent. Highly recommended.

Dr was competent but the office staff has a major issue Rude as could be while telling me I need to give them half up front and if my insurance doesn't pay them within 90 you have to pay the remainder yourself. Problem is they take a month to file the claim then file it improperly 2 different times. Kind of makes it look like they are delaying filing with the insurance to get past the 90 days so you have to pay, and then they get the insurance check too. My insurance paid 80% not 50% and now they are telling me the usually hold that money for a few weeks before they return it to the customer. Guess they need to make some interest off of my over payment that was their incompetent office staffs fault in the first place, by not verifying what rate my insurance pays to start with. Would recommend the Dr. but not worth all the trouble caused by inept staff

I made an appointment and was rescheduled for a whole month because I missed their confirmation call. That's fine whatever. I wait a whole month, and call these people a week before my new appointment and tell them I don't have a phone for them to call me on. They told me that's fine we'll just confirm you know. Well it's the day of my appointment and they said I never answered the confirmation call. (Because my phone was broke) and rescheduled me again.

Dr. Jensen was your typical Dentist. Polite and informative. Dental staff were professional. The office administrator was incompetent. Didn't send in claim for 2 weeks. I paid 50% of bill up front. 10 days after insurance received claim insurance cut a check. I am still not reimbursed 45 days after check was cut. "Policy is we hang on to checks for 30 days just incase the insurance takes back a claim" Never notified of this policy or signed anything stating this. Watch out, they will make up "policy" to hide their inability to pay back what is yours. They want your money up front and are in no hurry to pay yours back.
