She is an excellent succinct communicator with a very friendly appeal which follows on a clear interest in what questions I always want to ask. She gave me a very clear "air" drawing of a digestion question. It took two minutes and it just dived right at the heart of my question to set me at ease. There isn't room in this textbox to convey how comfortable I am with our exchanges.
