Dr. Phuong Ngoc Nguyen

BEWARE!! I believe this doctor is treating Medicaid patients unethically due to Medicaid not paying them as much for sedations and anesthesia they try to perform oral surgeries without any sedation or anesthesia. If you read through the reviews online you will see how many people have complained that they were denied sedation and anesthesia and held down forcefully. My bad experience didn’t get that far because I didn’t allow it to and walked out as soon as the front desk lady/dental assistant started to berate me for having anxiety and asking for sedation to extract my FULLY impacted wisdom tooth that is impacted into my jawline and requiring the removal of parts of the bone/cartilage there to get it out. She was so rude and apathetic. I believe what they’re doing here is extremely dangerous and unethical denying anesthesia and sedation to Medicaid patients but providing it for those with private insurances who pay out more for the same services. In order to maximize their profits… they have to deny pain relief options to Medicaid patients.

After a consultation at another office for my 14 yr old to get 4 wisdom teeth extracted I was so relieved to find Dr. Nguyen! She was half of the cost of the other estimate. We were in and out in 1 hour. No issues - smooth as an extraction could possibly be. Thank you Dr. Nguyen!!

I went to Phuong Nguyen with 2 bad teeth next to each other. She is such a small lady I wondered if she could pull my teeth; she had the teeth out before I knew it. No pain whatsoever. She has treated 4 generations of my family, I was referred by my daughter who was very pleased with her. She also referred my grandson and his daughter to Dr. Nguyen. I would recommend her to anyone worried about a painful tooth procedure.
