Dr. Elsishans lacks compassion, communication skills,and professionalism. Her lack of empathy is obvious in her disrespectful treatment of the elderly and their relatives. She seems to have pat explanations and pigeon-holes patients, as quickly as possible. She seems annoyed to have to explain anything, which I have never encountered with a capable professional. Despite only a cursory examination and snap decisions,Dr. Elsishans feels free to make recommendations as though they were set in stone. She is a thoroughly unpleasant, arrogant, disrespectful doctor. If her professionalism were more impressive, I would overlook her cold, mechanic manner or lack of communication skills. Unfortunately, I have seen no evidence of professionalism, accuracy in diagnosis, or bedside manner. She lacks heart.

Examinations are cursory. Diagnoses are made without evidentiary support, and in some cases inaccuracies led to major surgery before correct diagnosis was made by another doctor. Condescending attitude toward the elderly resulted in poor relationship with patient.
