Dr. Phyllis Jacqueline Senter, MD

I went to Dr. Senter based on a friend's recommendation. While Dr. Senter is nice, she did not give me the physical I had asked for....even after 2 follow-up visits. These "check-ups" cost me about $1000 out of pocket due to the way they were coded. I called and asked that they look at how it was coded and to please re-code as I had to pay $1000 out of pocket. I never heard anything from Dr. Senter or Jeanita, her nurse.The latest frustration involves my calling twice, requesting a pain med due to severe back pain (the chiropractor I saw that day recommended it for me). I left 2 messages for Jeanita and explained the excruciating pain I was in. But never heard a thing (I was crying all night in pain!). I will not return to this practice due to the lack of compassion and responsibility on the part of the nursing staff.
