Dr. Pierre Patrick Chanoine, MD

The doctor is excellent, most of any issues I have had are with the staff, it seems that they are not willing to bend.

We moved to Dr. Chanione on the advice of both my son's allergist & former pediatric nurse. When we came to the office the first time, we were greeted promptly by the staff and our appointment happened on time (a nice change from our former pediatrician). Dr. Chanione was extremely thorough - he spoke to me, my husband and, most importantly, my son at some length. He took a thorough history. On our second visit, we were again greeted promptly and courteously by the office staff. I was most impressed when Dr. Chanione, himself, came out to greet us in the lobby and took us back to the exam room 5 minutes BEFORE our scheduled appointment start time. Again, he was very thorough in his exam and is working with us to solve a small medical mystery around my son's symptoms. We have seen more progress in my son's medical condition in the six weeks that we've been seeing Dr. Chanione then we had seen in the previous 2 years with our former doctors. He is kind, caring and very… attentive - not only to the parent, but to our son as well. He treats him and his opinions and descriptions of his symptoms (our son) with respect and dignity. I am extraordinarily pleased with this doctor, as well as how the office operates.

Best dotor for my three kids. I wish he was my doctor. All doctors should be like him. Love him.

I have brought my girls to see Dr Chanoine since they were born. We have been with his office for 1 year, but have decided to leave because of the actions of his office staff. We've had nothing but awful experiences, from taking months to get refunds of copays that they never should have received, to closing an office location and not telling us so we showed up at the wrong office, to the latest of them cancelling an appointment made 3 months prior and not telling us (my previous experience made me call to confirm the appointment that day, that's when I found out it was cancelled). No patient should have to do this. The sad thing is we stayed with this office for so long and put up with everything because we LOVE Dr. Chanoine. But unfortunately we cannot deal any longer with his inconsiderate staff.
