This is the worst office. Seems like nobody cares about the patients. Terrible customer service, they would put you on hold for 30 minutes, they do not refill prescriptions in a timely manner, they do not communicate with drug stores. The admin staff is totally unqualified to cater patients.

Failed to fax referall after several phone calls, front desk employee disconnect phone to avoid phone calls busy tone all day..caused me to miss a day at work

You will never find another D.R. who takes his time with you & really cares about you!!! When you talk he listens... Tell me where you will find another like him... Yes you wait to be seen,but its worth the wait.

The front desk manager, Moe is very sweet and down to earth. The ARNP Micheline is no longer there and was fantastic. The current ARNP is.... well... she could use a vacation and some yoga. Dr. Dorsainville is rarely present but if you see him, he has a way of "it could to be worse" attitude to ease you. This can sometimes feel diminishing because as the patient I'm not there because I want to be. It has to be bad for me to go to a doctor.
