This doctor does not listen to you. Does not like to approve any referrals

Very good doctor, his nurse is very thorough with all her information and help with medical questions that she is able to answer.

Wonderful doctor has gotten my diabetes under control and other health issues. Very prompt in calling back even on weekends when I have a problem.

OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE

Well, I had been a patient of Dr Totti for 17 years. Due to the health care act I was forced to leave him for another Dr. against my willingness for fear of the so called penalty I would be hit with at the end of 2014. The insurance and Dr. I went to was horrible. We were always fighting to have things covered. The billing and coding were always getting messed up, needless to say the premium for our policy was $929.00 a month, then we had co-pays and deductibles to deal with. Anyway, we stayed insured for a year and then cancelled it the last day of Dec 2014. Well, I thought I would be able to go back to Dr Totti and be self pay as I had been for the 17 years I was with him. I went in and talked to the receptionist and she said she would have the nurse call me back and it was a pretty good chance I would be able to get back in, I was still in the system. I was anxiously awaiting the call. Around 4:00 the nurse called me back with the bad news. Dr Totti would not take me back… as a patient beause I would be self pay, even though I had been self pay for 17 years, the nurse had no compassion for my situation and just kept answering my questions with these words: "your self pay" until I would stop asking anything. I am so disappointed. When did self pay become such a bad thing? Dr Totti is a great Dr. I can only say good things about him. As a matter of fact, I have referred many people to him. These words of advice : if he is your Dr and you are satisfied with his services and self pay, don't leave, you won't get back in. I am a very disappointed ex-patient.

Clueless and indifferent. Doesn't listen to anything. Refuses to give referrals you need. Schedules tests then can't be bothered going over results. Bad attitude and has a real "God complex" You would never know this guy went to medical school

My wife went to see so called Dr.Toddi to ask for a referral to a pain management Doctors Office of Dr Bender-She told him she was on Morphine an he told her he wants to get Her off of it,he tells her how addictive it is an how he had tooth surgery an took percocet an took time to stop taking them-But He told Her a year ago to go to a Pain management Doctor an now she goes back to Him after getting on Social security cause of a young punk talking on his cell phone an crushing her as she was stopped at a red light coming Home from work,which was 07-07-2010 an the last day she was able to work an it tore Her rotator cuff-messed up her neck-Her lower Back is torn at L3/4 an L4/5 L5/s1 is all bad an she is in chronic pain every day an since she now has medicare an Humana insurance she has to go to a pain Doctor on Her Policy,But no Help from this Doctor who tells Her she dont need to be on the pain meds she is on,well I would like for this Doctor an the rest of these Doctors Have the… chronic Pain she an I both Live with Day after Day an I myself was taking oxycodones an oxycottins until the pill mills come into the State an started giving all these Kids 12 to 15 pills to take every day when they dont know the meaning of work to get pain all they think about is getting High,But when it comes to a 51yr old lady an who has worked Hard there entire life an gets rear ended an gets put on social security from the punk hitting Her isn't Her fought she has to take pain meds for the pain an needs a fusion,Until you Doctors think you know how someone feels an think they shouldn't be on pain meds wont you try looking at there xrays an seeing how bad there back is before you tell them they should get off morphine for pain,It sure is good that all doctors are not Like you Toddi or there would be alot of people suffering in pain because of Doctors like you who could care less about the pain others Live in,if all we done was do your job we wouldn't have a bad back but we both worked hard jobs all our life an then she was rear ended sitting at a dead stop at 50mph an had shoulder surgery so far an will never be able to return to work cause of chronic low back pain,your not dealing with a 18 to 30yr old who dont need to take them type of pills but a 52yr old who has major back problems an you say Dr Daniel Bender only does shots well I know better cause he also give pain meds cause I go to Him an he is a person who knows people like My wife an Myself cause he has been there,so you tell her you dont want to send her there cause all he does is shots,I dont know where you get your info but he does more then that an is a very good caring Doctor unlike you,I will be certain to report you to Humana an tell them just what you told to my wife when she came to see you this time,last time you told her to go to a pain clinic an now your telling her she shouldn't be on Morphine,Like she should just live in chronic pain a suffer,I really wish your back would blow out an then ask yourself what you should take when you cannot bend-stand straight up or exercise no more an have muscle spasms every night -Lets just see what you would take to try to stop Hurting Mr Know it all,I am sure Glad your Not my Doctor an more Glad she choose another Doctor from Humana then you cause you know nothing after what she told me you told her an to bad about your tooth its not her tooth Idiot that is messed up or Did you understand the english its Her Low Back torn at L3/4 herniated at L4/5 L5/s1 but thats not no reason to take Morphine is it Idiot

Goes beyond the call of duty as a doctor, very dedicated to his patients, very caring, listens to what you have to say, answers all questions.

i would reccomend dr.totti to anyone. great doctor
