She is Very rude

Dr. Yao comes with my highest recommendation for a physician who cares. Sheis compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and educated. She takes time to fully explain in the condition you are dealing with, how the medications and such work and fully answers all of your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Yao.

Poor English doesn't know what she is doing. Always asking her assistant to type up the progress notes, all she does is nodding her head. When a patient shows up complaining about an illness, all she does it send them out for radiology or tell them to go see a specialist. When the report comes back, she does not give a full explanation of what is going on because she lacks medical knowledge. Tells so many lies to the patient. For example, if a patient wants her to fill out a simple paperwork and needed that day, she will tell the patient to go home and come back the next visit because she wants to earn that extra office visit money. She is very cheap and greedy. For her bathroom, there is a limited amount of toilet paper. For the recyclable cups for water, she does not allow the workers to use it and ask the workers to bring their own cup to save that recyclable cups money. In addition, normally when patients get EKG, they are supposed to lie on the bed, however in her office, she… yells is the worker for telling the patient to lie on the bed because she wants to save the white draper sheet for the bed. So you have to sit on a chair to get an EKG, which is very unprofessional. I recommend patients to transfer out of her office and seek better care at another office. Also, her workers there are constantly changing because of the bad treatment and bad pay they get. Plus there is no privacy there. During the lunch break, the workers are only allowed to get 5 min to eat, if more than 5 minutes, she deducts money from the salary. Also, there is a surveillance camera in the room that workers eat because she wants to make sure we are eating and not resting in that room play without a phone. I used to work for her and I regretted so much.
