Was asked to sign general waiver. One section gave them the right to call me to ask for philanthropic donations. You can opt out later with a call, but they won't see you unless you sign the form, allowing them to beg for donations. Easy to see they don't put the patient first. I walked out.

Not only was I there for over three hours, but the staff was rude and Dr. Patel did not listen to my very serious health concern. He completely blew me off and acted like it was nothing. I ended up going to another doctor and thank God because he was able to properly diagnose me. I wish I could give him zero stars!

poor customer service, no appointments available when you are sick, return call times are unacceptable. He used to be better than this. His nurse Rosie also takes a long time to return calls. What is the purpose of having a primary doctor if you cant get it to see him.

Dr. Patel was very patient answering all my questions. I have been going to him for years and love everything about him. I have recommended him to my whole family!

From the results of my yearly physical he found a problem with my thyroid and referred me to a specialist. From there I was sent to the University of Chicago. The doctors there were very impressed that my problem was caught so early.
