Dr. Piyush K Dhanuka, MD

It took me a month of calling them to finally get appt for scope.... Then nothing...no call about results...my dr called n reported that I have H-pylori again... No meds called in from dr dhanuka... Left several messages and still no response... Seen by him 8 years ago for same problem and I had to call many times to finally get results..

My feedback mainly has to do with the practices of their office. I have previously seen Dr. Dhanuka. I had an appointment today and had confirmed it with his staff last week. At no time, did they tell me that they had moved, not when I made the appointment or when I confirmed it. In addition, when I called the staff to ask where they moved and expressed my disappointment for not being informed....their response was 'oh, but it's not far away'. So, I get it....my time and effort to go to the other office didn't matter to them. Bottomline, I did not feel well cared for by his staff. Then I waited 1 hour in his office. I don't know the last time that I waited for more than 10 minutes for any doctor. No one provided me with any updates on the delay....and for most of that hour, I was the only one in the waiting room. Again, I did not feel well cared for by his staff. Enough said!

This facility is amazing. Everyone who work here are total professionals. Thank you all very much for your terrific service and care.

the experience was pleasant, everyone was kind, everything was fine, and staff was extremely helpful to me as I have memory problems. Thank You !!
