He recommended an in office procedure where he rents the equipment needed once a month. We went for 2 more opinions and both stated that the recommended procedure was an inappropriate one.

Mayhem, doesn’t answer the answering service. Waited 2 hours to see him. Can’t figure out why I am bleeding, so he said I wiped too hard. Lol!!! What a joke. Doesn’t listen. Will not go back.

My husband is a paraplegic and needed to establish with a urologist for his neurogenic bladder. After barley being able to get into his office (which they reassured us they were handicap accessible) it smelled so bad I almost had to leave. We finally after agruing about insurance were put into a room that he almost didnt fit also. Dr. Joshi walked in and saw my husband was in a wheelchair and asked us what was he (the doctor) suppose to do for my husband and said we should find a different doctor that he couldnt help us . Shocked we left. We received a bill in the mail for $400 so I called the office manager who ended up being his wife and she refused to help me and hung up on me . We are still fighting with the office months later . I would never recommend them to anyone

Mrs. Joshi the office manager is very rude, pushy and unprofessional!! If she is a representation of the caliber of Dr. Joshi's office, no way would I patronize his office. She is a disgrace to anyone who comes in contact with her

This place is horrible!! The wife is the office manager and she is so unprofessional.. The wait time can be from 1-3 hours.. Then the dr sees you and it's about 5-10 minutes. The staff is not knowledgeable... Everything about this business is so wrong.. Don't go there!

Vivien, the same thing happened to me. The Dr was nice but his wife's/business manager's professionalism and business practices are terrible. They essentially charged me full price for a procedure that my insurance company later indicated i only owed a 30 dollar copay for. Ive visited their office to complain, called numerous times, and written a formal letter but to no avail. When my insurance company called them twice to question what happened the business manager mysteriously had an emergency and could not come to the phone. They just built a brand new building in Melbourne FL. I cant help but think some of my hard earned money went toward it.

Had some surgery recently. Top quality service. Recovery going great.

Dr. Joshi is an excellent doctor. His waiting time and office staff, especially the one in charge is totally chaoctic. There is no continuity. Shame as Dr. is good.
