Dr. Polina Magee

I saw Dr. Magee on an emergency basis (cracked molar). Deer Valley Family Dentistry was able to fit me in the following morning. I never have particularly high hopes when visiting the dentist and assumed this would be more of the same. I was COMPLETELY wrong. Dr. Magee was extraordinarily good. She was able to get some images and clearly explain (through my litany of questions) which repairs were urgent and needed immediate attention as well as which were important but could wait a bit. She helped me figure out a treatment plan that would work with my budget and got to work then and there. I’m convinced that she knows everything remotely related to teeth which was great on several levels. She was very gentile and attentive to how I was faring in the chair. She seemed to notice if I slightly winced at different stages and offered to use more anesthesia which in the end made a potentially painful two-day process quite comfortable. I’ve gone back to Dr. Magee for further work from my… treatment plan, and it too went great! I’m even returning to get Zoom whitening treatments to remedy my habitual coffee-related stains. I have to see a number of doctors and surgeons from time to time and I firmly believe that Dr. Magee is the best healthcare professional I’ve ever been treated by. I lucked into such an awesome dentist but if you have the luxury of doing a little homework on choosing one I would recommend Dr. Magee in the strongest way possible. She’s truly the best!
