Dr. Shvarts always takes the time to make sure you will never leave her office without having any unanswered questions or concerns. The secretary is outstanding and makes sure phone calls are always returned. I couldn't say enough good things about this office. Dustin Hoffland.

Consummate professional, SMART, helped me with a new diagnosis and treatment that has truly been life-changing for me at the age of 62 yrs!! I have many psychiatrists over the years and she is right at the top of my list.

Dr Shvarts is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is compassionate and truly cares for her patients. I went to her for help with my adult son and she went above and beyond to try to help him.

I have never in my life experienced such a hateful office manager. Had an appt that I personally set up with Dr. Schwartz and when we got to the office apparently she had a family emergency. No one called us to tell us and she didn’t have us down. The office manager was so rude and I tried to remind her that this office worked with patients that needed help not someone that was terrible. So needless to say we never saw this Dr. and we never will due to this lady. I don’t respect this dr for keeping an employee that doesn’t have respect for others. She should be fired and never work for the public. I now have him an appt with another psychiatrist that their office staff is very courteous.

Assistant is completely unprofessional. She was yelling at me, getting loud, and completely went on a power trip when trying to challenge my insurance co-pay. Horrible customer service skills. She needs to be reprimanded and be made to take professionalism training. Hopefully no one is in the middle of a mental health crisis when they visit this office. I wish I could give 0.

Dr Shvarts is a knowledgable & professional psychiatric. I appreciate her & her office manager.

Dr. Schwartz is definitely not in it just for the money it does not matter if you have a 15 minute time frame scheduled with her if she needs to go 30 minutes she well she make sure that you're on the right medication and she does not just give out medication to anybody she truly changed my life when I lost my son Dawn Martin

I cannot say enough about My experience with Dr. Schvarts. She is an excellent practitioner, and has been nothing but professional through my experience with her. If you look at her credentials, her specialties are not only in Psychiatry, but also in Neurology. If you want a family Centered care Doctor, she's it!! She wants to make sure that she is seeing the whole patient, and addresses any outside influences that might be making life difficult. If you want a caring Doctor to understand your needs as a patient, I would suggest you go to her. If you want to "Doctor Shop" just to obtain medications, she has no part in that!

Laughs in your face, spends very little with you before throwing around very serious illnesses that you could "potentially" be suffering from. Throws around medication. RUN.
