Dr. Patel has helped me tremendously. On my first appointment, she listened to me and understood how debilitating the pain had been. She ordered labs and started me on a treatment plan, that is still evolving. I was fearful of becoming an invalid. I could not get in bed without assistance or dress myself. It has been a long time since I truly felt happy. I realized this as my pain diminished, my happiness returned. I am so grateful for a caring and knowledgeable doctor, and her staff. I am blessed by them all.

Money oriented.. Horrible sense of anything.

After waiting 6 months to see this doctor. I went in with chronic pain.chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia symptoms . Pain in both hands and went into feet . She didnt listen, minimized my symptons and told me she though i had carpal tunnel syndrome . Well im not an Md but am educated .. She didnt like that i asked questions . By thus time i was going to nerurologists. Vascular doctors etc to find out what was wrong with me. Carpal tunnel doesnt go in both hands ay same time and cause chronic fatigue aches in other parts of body. Insomnia etc. . Btw no carpal tunnel syndrome.nor arthritis. I went into bathroom and cried after our visit. She told me to not look things up even . I would definitely appreciate doctors telling me they dont know than to make me feel less than human. Shame on you Dr. Patel. You may have md but you are not knowledgeable in fibromyalgia or good with patients one bit .

After many years of chronic joint pain, Dr Patel determined a correct diagnosis and implemented a thorough treatment plan with rigorous follow up. Treatment and pain management are her focus. I follow her instructions to the letter and am Grateful for her rigor and attention to detail. I find her personable and caring. I was looking for a medical expert not a best friend and hold her in high regard for her expertise and depth of knowledge.

I have attended Dr Patel and her PA for 2 years and find them excellent.They have taken great care in listening to ALL my complaints and believe me I had plenty of pains.They made suggestions which I tried and found helpful.They tried me on 2 different meds before I got relief from my arthritis.I have no problem with phoning the office and all their staff will take the time with you when you need it.

I find Dr. Patel and her PA to be excellent. They don't just push daily pills; they offer alternative and creative means of treatment, are very thorough and take their time during appointments; I highly recommend.

I went to Dr Patel for treatment for my EDS and back pain. I dealt with her assistant, Susan, for the majority of my appointment. Dr Patel was in the room with me for all of 5 min, and told me I had Fybromalgia. She then told me that she doesn’t treat EDS, and told me that if I lost significant weight and followed her strict diet, that I would be better. When I tried to ask questions, she rushed me out of the office. I have since tried to contact the office, where they don’t answer the phone and don’t have a voicemail. Will be finding a new rheumatologist that will pay attention to my conditions.

I’ve tried about 8 times to get someone to answer. No leaving messages available. Need Rx refilled.

She is very RUDE, talks down to you if you let her. She doesn’t care about the patients health only the money......

I was a patient of Dr. Patel for an extensive period of time. I received late appointments in addition to communications that indicated that my medical situation was extreme and comments that made me think that the situation was unmanageable and uncontrollable. In addition to the communication problem, I had prescriptions that I later discovered were more than the accepted dosage. This treatment led to additional pain and resulted in my early retirement.
