Dr. Poornima Jayaramaiah, MD

I'll begin by saying that Dr. Jayaramaiah herself was very good and I was happy with my visit with her. The issues are in other areas with this office. First of all, good luck trying to talk to someone here by phone. When you call, you will be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Chances are that once you get through, you still won't be able to talk to anyone who can help. They will take a message and promise to call you back, but you will never receive that call. The support staff at this office is, by far, the worst I have experienced in the medical industry. The second major issue I have is with billing. I made one visit to this facility and paid my bill on time. I then received a second bill for a registered dietitian at this office. I didn't have an appointment with this person and I don't recall speaking to a dietitian. My appointment was strictly for an endocrinology visit. There were a couple other people who came into the room at some point, but it was never communicated as an… extra service, just a part of the visit. As far as I'm concerned, they stole money from me.

She is very kind and knowledgeable in her field. Takes her time with her patients.

This doctor knows nothing about endocrinology and diagnosis her patients so they end up in the hospital by giving bad advice and is rude to patients and does not have the right knowledge to be a doctor and commits malpractice
