Dr. Poornima Ramadas, MD

Dr Ramadas is a very caring & knowledgeable doctor. She takes her time when she visits & throughly explains everything. My daughter has Sickle Cell & a host of other health concerns. Dr Ramadas treats her as a 'whole' patient. She doesn't just treat her based on one condition but everything she's up against. She has no problem contacting her other specialists to develop the best plan to care for my daughter for her current health needs @ that time. She never gives up on trying to find the best outcome for my daughter. She is not afraid to think outside the box nor going back to basics if it means a positive outcome for my daughter. My daughter her presented with several medical issues & Dr Ramadas & other members in the Hematology-Oncology department never gave up on saving her, they always rise to the challenge. I am thankful & grateful !! Even though, Dr Ramadas is very busy, she will still answer your emails even if it's late or early morning; she goes above &… beyond.....She's "Awesome" & she is our 'Shero'!!!!
