Dr. Famini is the best Endocrinologist I have ever been to and I finally found someone who helped solve my thyroid problem. I am forever grateful.

Orders one test FT4, prescribes Levothyroxine for Hashimoto's, says test is in normal range so he's done. I want a doctor who looks at a variety of tests and tries to get a patient feeling normal again and in balance. I will be looking for another doctor.

I have been Dr. Pouyan Famini patient for the last few months and I saw how he does everything to take care of his patients. Very caring, professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him.

I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism by another doctor and was placed an Armour thyroid for years and just never felt right. My dose of Armour had been changed so many times that I thought I would never be normal. Well, I saw Dr. Famini who asked me very detailed questions and even asked for my labs from when I was diagnosed. Turns out I was misdiagnosed with hypothyroidism and he slowly took me off Armour. Turns out Armour was suppressing my own thyroid gland. I am now feeling better off medication but not yet 100 percent. My thyroid labs are now normal and Dr. Famini has been working with me to find out if there could be another cause of my symptoms. I just appreciate how he didn’t just refill the medication and send me on my way.

I am so glad that I saw Dr. Famini for my thyroid condition. It was clear he had taken the time to review my medical records before our appointment. He then took time to confirm my history and is very detailed oriented. He was efficient with time but I never felt rushed. I had previously seen a natural medicine provider and I soon realized that my health had been mismanaged. While Dr. Famini is a “traditional western medicine” doctor he took time to explain my condition and has helped me manage my health better since my first visit him and I am feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Famini.
