Dr. Pouyan Golshani, MD

Really knows what hes talking about. He diagnosed and treated my pelvic congestion and chronic pelvic pain when no one else knew what was going on.

I don't comment on websites much but I have spent a lot of time in the hospital and with doctors over the last 2 years. This doctor is truly a blessing and gift. I had a car accident and ended up with severe back pain that had me wheel chair bound. I saw this doc in clinic and he spent literally am hour with me explaining and talking to me and my family. He's super booked so the following week I got in for the procedure. I was so afraid especially since I was awake for the procedure but frankly Dr. Golshani performed a miracle on me. One minute we were talking about family and kids and the next thing I knew he said we were done. I have been pain FREE for 3 months now. He is exceptional.

He is the most caring, smart and capable surgeon I have met. He is really really really good. He treated my uterine fibroids without taking out my uterus which every other surgeon had told me i would need to do and now i'm 6 months out with ZERO pain. I was previously bleeding for weeks on end and i was very apprehensive about having the procedure but he talked me through it and before i knew it the procedure was done. Even after the procedure he has been absolutely fantastic.

I visited Dr. Golshani for the first time for a catheter placement for a stem cell transplant I am suppose to undergo and although I was very nervous at first he put me at ease and told me that he would talk me through the whole process and keep me comfortable. Well he did exactly that along with another doctor he was working with Dr. Golshani went through every step of the process with me and before I knew it the catheter was in. I was very impressed by his skills and his professionalism as well as his staff and the senior physician he was working with. The procedure that was performed on me really worked out great and I couldnâ??t be happier. Once the procedure was done I had the catheter removed and that was as simple as 1,2,3. I really did expect this process be worse but because of him I felt minimal discomfort during the insertion and removal of the catheter. The unbelievable part was that the procedure occurred while I was actually awake although I was given relaxing/pain… medication. Dr. Golshani was very friendly and I will be returning for my follow up appointment soon and I really feel that I am in good hands.
