Cannot get staff to return phone calls

They cancel my appointments than call to tell not to miss another appointment tell me to be at 11 and when I arrive they say it's a different time

The staff very rude,cancels my appointment, went back waited almost 2 hours ,neddless to say I'm looking for another diabetes doctor

He has seen my dad in the office as a new patient once and we just saw him as my dad is in the ICU with DKA. Wonderful bedside manner, explains things, takes a very thorough history, shows empathy. We were very impressed and are very happy he is taking care of my dad. M. Platz, M. D.

I find this doctor very rude and uncaring. As a patient I might as well not even have been in the room. I have never regretted spending the money to see a Doctor, but this time I do. My money could have been better spent. I will be finding another Doctor.

He would not listen to what had been working, but tried to start pt on an entirely different regime. He had patient's blood sugars in the 300 to 350 range during the day and then crashing into the 50's at night. Prior to this, patients sugars were running consistently from 90 to 110. I had been a diabetic for over 20 years and never had such poor, inconsiderate treatment.

Very knowledgeable, takes the time to go over everything detail.

I only saw this doctor once. It was a terrible experience hence why I have not gone back. He was extremely rude and condescending to me. He barked orders and never asked me if I had any issues or problems i needed help with. I have been a type one diabetic for 41 years and while I am not perfect at dealing with the disease, it is a difficult thing to manage perfectly day in and day out. The disrespect I was shown by this doctor is completely unacceptable. I would not advise anyone to use this doctor. While he may be medically qualified he has no business dealing with people. He was truly awful to me.

BEST DOCTOR!!!!! his title is highly fitted. He does his duty in full Service without any partiality.

The Front Desk person was a bit nasty, nothing that would raise alarms, but still not smiley and pleasant. When they finally got my insurance figured out I was over an hour past my appointment time. The Medical Assistant was very pleasant, took a through history, asked questions for clarification and made me feel very at ease. Dr Tandon was VERY through. Asked more questions for clarification on things. I think he spent at least 45 min to an hour with me. He explained treatments and medications. He lacks a bedside manner but I am not there to make friends, I am there for diagnoses and treatment. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend him.
