If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute train wreck and terrible customer service. My father needed assistance and we called his insurance to ensure that he would get seen for his tooth pain and after a week of antibiotics, they say that he doesn't have insurance to do the procedure that they told him to come back in a week to do. They are completely incompetent, unprofessional and we will be searching for a better dentist elsewhere. Its no wonder they have 1 star on Google Reviews already. We should've just trusted what the reviews had to say. Elizabeth was the most lazy receptionist I've ever encountered. How are you saying to call the insurance if someone is covered if they already had completed an appointment at your facility already? The pathetic dentist picked up and had the audacity to say that he wasn't paid because my dad didn't carry his insurance card. My dad provided the Member ID, his ID and had the appropriate information to proceed with the… first appointment so how doesn't he have enough information coming back when he was told to come back? This dentist even said that we should find a new dentist. No worries sir.
