Very disappointed in customer service received at the Southpoint office. Showed up for appointment, and was told by lady at the window that I missed my appointment 2 hours prior to my written confirmation. After speaking with my primary care office (which referred me there), the story then changed twice about my appointment being rescheduled. Also, was told that they had confirmed the rescheduled time with me, although I never spoke to anyone. A Behavioral Health office should employ front end staff that is honest and caring, not condescending and unapologetic about changing appointment times. These patients are often in crisis mode and this type of treatment is unnecessary immediately upon walking through the door. I will not return.

Please choose another doctor. You will leave worst then you came.

Trying to get Mr Arora to write a simple letter has been like pulling teeth on a live shark with tweezers. IMPOSSIBLE. It has been months and the only question is When do you want to make a follow up appointment. (All about the Benjamins) Still have not gotten the letter and will no longer see him or give him reason to bill on my behalf..

Tammy at the doctors office would not provide me with an address nor fax # so I could send a power of attorney from my father authorizing me to information about his medical condition. She is extremely clueless and should be fired for incompentence
