Dr. Pradeep Bhatia

I was diagnosed with MS in 2010 by a different neurologist. I changed to Dr. Bhatia in 2012 because I was unhappy with the care from the previous doctor. Dr. Bhatia was wonderful from the start. He explained my condition, showed me my MRI results and answered all of my questions. You never feel rushed or like you are just another patient. He listens to your questions and concerns and addresses them with you. He explained all my options for treatment and helped me choose the right one for me. I would highly recommend him.

I have a hard believing the reviews that I have read here. Perhaps they were written before things went south with this doctor, who IMHO is just treading water until he retires. My experience with him started out well enough. But as my issues progressed, I did not find him particularly proactive in addressing my concerns. In fact, I had to hound him for information or prompt him to pursue treatment options when it should have been him who made the suggestions. He is not particularly good with patient confidentiality either. Several times, without my consent, he had student doctors sit in my visits and even ask me questions which he implied I should answer. In short, the guy is phoning it in and has poor consideration for the privacy of his patients. He might have been great in the past, but pick the other neurologist, who I have meet and liked, located in his hospital.

Being an RN, I have had the opportunity to meet many Doctors. I have had many experiences as a patient also. Dr. Bhatia had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He is the first Physician to diagnose my problem in 15 years. I would highly rec'd Dr. Bhatia, he does treat his patients like family, in a kind, compassionate way. I WAS DIAGNOED WITH M.S. IN 2000 BY DR.BHATIA. I WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE DIAGNOIS SO I WENT to THE ONLY PLACE THAT I WOULD BELIEVE THAT THIS COULD BE TRUE .I WENT TO MAYO IN MINNESSODA.HE WAS NOT ONLY RIGHT ABOUT THE M.S. BUT HIS TREATMENT FOR IT!!!he is so sweet and kind AND A GREAT DOCTOR!!!!i recomend him HIGHLY!!!!hE EVEN COMES TO THE DOOR TO BRING YOU YO HIS OFFICE.I HAVE BEEN TO ALOT OF DOCTORS AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED HE IS SO WONDERFUL I JUST CAN NOT BELIEVE I WAS SO LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND HIM!!!!

Dr. Bhatia is a very caring doctor. He's been very sympathetic to my illness and has always been available for questions.

Dr. Bhatia came highly recommended by my primary care doctor and was the first one on the list of neurologists provided by my insurance agent. I wondered if this wasn't an omen of good things. It certainly was! Dr Bhatia is the most friendly and professional doctor I have encountered in a long time. I was very nervous about the tests, fearing the unknown, but his warmth and friendliness soon put me at ease. He was very gentle and thorough with the tests and talked with me throughout the testing, telling me what to expect, etc. I would recommend Dr. Bhatia to anyone. More doctors should be so friendly, caring and take so much time with a patient as he.

I have seen many is this field and he is the best.

I have had migraines for over 21 years. Within the past three years, they have grown progressively worse, more frequent and more severe, to the point that my life no longer felt like my own. Instead, my days were being planned around my headaches. My family doctor became clearly frustrated with me, and both of us grew concerned about dependency on pain medication. Finally, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I asked around at work, and friends told me about Dr. Bhatia.My research is what convinced me to take the first step to go see him. He had excellent ratings, both in professionalism and in patient relations, and the people who had interacted with him in the past had only good things to say. I made an appointment right away.Never in my life have I met a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Bhatia. He is as compassionate and caring as he is knowledgeable and skilled! He treats the entire person, unlike many doctors who tend to treat each patient as nothing more than a walking… diagnosis. I was impressed by his attention to detail as I explained my symptoms from the very beginning, and his dedication and patience with me has never faltered. For the first time in so many years, Im headache free. I owe it all to Dr. Bhatia, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I have never written a review of a doctor largely because no doctor I have gone to exceeded my expectations... that was until I found Dr. Bhatia. He is punctual with appointments, spends quality time with patients, follows up promptly on issues, and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He is not judgmental or biased towards patient's conditions unlike many many doctors. He is objective and wants only the best for his patients. He helped my son when no other doctors seemed interested and given this I felt compelled to acknowledge Dr. Bhatia for his devotion to his patients.

First of all I would like to address the fact that I've suffered from headaches almost my whole life. Everyone thinks I'm crazy when I tell them I get headaches almost everyday. When I say "everyday" I mean literally 29 days of a 30 day month I have a headache. My headaches range from mild to knock me out headaches that have me in tears.I have complained about this for the last 5 years to at least 4 different doctors but no one believes me and I keep getting thrown on ibuprofen. I finally switched to a new M.D. who referred me to Dr. Bhatia. From the moment I walked into Dr. Bhatia's office, I was greated by his receptionist, Stephanie with a smile and she was extrememly nice. She made me feel like I had been her friend for years. I didn't feel like I was just another patient.Everything was done so promptly and my wait time was under 10 minutes from the time I completed my paperwork until the time Dr. Bhatia himself came to the waiting room to get me. Dr. Bhatia did an exam on me and… explained to me why I suffer from these headaches and knew exactly what kind of headaches they were immediately just from my description. He was very kind to me and made me feel very comfortable! He made me feel like I was family. I have NEVER been to a Doctor that made me feel like they ACTUALLY cared about me and my well being. (Besides my new M.D. that referred me to Dr. Bhatia) Dr. Bhatia and his staff are all AMAZING and I definately recommend him! Most important part of this review? I AM OFFICIALLY HEADACHE FREE! THANK YOU DR. BHATIA FOR YOUR EXPERTISE! Your humor, laid back attitude, kindness and concern for my well being at my visits with you will keep me coming back to you for many years to come!
