I waited 90 min for a 5 min appt. dr didn’t have a care and my results have been back for 48 hrs and I left a message never got a call

I had an appointment for Dr. Simlote last Friday. I arrived on time. After waiting for over and hour I inquired at the reception desk; was told I would be seen in "under 5 minutes." I waited another 30 minutes and left. Treating patients with such disregard is unacceptable! I will take my care elsewhere@ Mike Rudy

My son went in for general allergy testing to find out if allergies were causing his stomach distress. We already knew that meat and dairy were an issue and wanted to find out what else may be a problem. So.... they latched on to the knowledge of meat and dairy issues and only tested him for meat and dairy! He asked for general allergy testing and they made a face at him like they did not want to do that. So almost 3 hours in their office to tell him what he already knew. So incredibly disappointed!

The new NP needs more education and doesnt give the same care as the Doctor if possible see the doctor not the NP
