Dr. Prafulchandra U Bhatt, MD

Dr. Bhatt whizzes through his checks, barely glancing in a kids' ear or mouth and he's already done. I appreciate how fast he is with the parts of the checkup that are uncomfortable for kids. The amazing thing? Not only is he fast, but he's always been right with his diagnosis. He gives thorough solutions and he really cares about making sure the problem is fully taken care of. True, he does have a bit of an Indian accent, but he knows his stuff. He's also a giant sweetheart, and my four kids all like him.

Dr. Bhatt is a completely disrespectful doctor and I wouldn't recommend him to a family of fleas. His office is completely unprofessional, they over charge and they treat you as though you are beneath them. he is very quick to jump on the "medicating" of children band wagon. He refuses to assist with anything "custody" wise regarding families who have split homes, and states he would "rather not be involved". As a peds doctor I feel like comes with the job and he shouldn't be in that profession if he cannot handle what comes along with working with children, as splits between parents happen. When he was asked by my lawyer to conduct a LETTER for my son regarding some medical issues for legal purposes he in turn copied notes that were written by an INTERN and charged me $55 for those photo copied notes. When I confronted the office, they told me they would charge me $150 for those notes. I would not send your child there, he can hardly speak English let alone care for an infant.
