Dr. Prafull Raheja, MD

Released to have surgery for another condition before additional test results were ordered and reviewed. No phone call requarding results of addition test. We called his office regarding results and got a call back from the office and was told everything was okay. This heart condition is rare (6% men in his age range) and he told us it was common. It’s not common by know means. Generally, LBBB has an underlying heart condition. The Office never called to schedule a follow up appointment. LBBB isn’t something to be ignored especially at this age. He needs to have a cardio doctor that can communicate and explain the facts and follow up on a regular basis. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Two of the drugs he of prescribed have serious, documented interactions with drugs I was already taking. Never warned me.

Prescribed two drugs without reviewing my labs. As an example, my vitamin D was 12! A minimum of 20 is needed to prevent rickets. My D is now over 50.

Dr Raheja is a wonderful caring doctor. He takes the time to fully explain the procedure he is going to do. I appreciated him telling us that if it were his dad he would wait to have the procedure that my dad was scheduled. He is honest and won’t tell you something just to tell you. Thank you!!

Dr. Raheja failed to advise me of costs associated with treatment and stuck me with an unaffordable medical bill at the worst possible time. On top of that I feel worse than before he started treating me. Buyer beware.

Dr Raheja is an amazing Doctor. He is such a kind and caring man. He takes time to really listen. I never feel rushed when he sees me. I think that he truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients.

I don't mean figuratively, I mean literally. My dad had 100% blockage of the L.A.D. (Main artery) which is usually a death sentence respectfully nicknamed the widow maker. This amazing Man somehow managed to have my father walking out of the hospital to head home in about 3 days. He is very kind compassionate and pretty funny as well. I would not trust myself or any other family member with any other cardiologist. Thank you Dr. Raheja! ?
