Dr. Pragnesh A Desai, DO

Dr Desai treated me for a urinary tract infection. He quickly diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication that resolved the infection. He is prompt in his appointments but spends time discussing the issue and explaining treatment options. After prescribing medication he called periodically to ensure that the issue was clearing up. Excellent bedside manner and followup.

Seems nice. Much better options available. Dr Desai didn't remember that he didn't want to do the procedure due to medications. Terrible communication after the fact. Extremely rude receptionist. Very poorly run, would not recommend

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai for years. The office staff is friendly and professional, and always gives a warm greeting. Dr. Desai’s medical assistants are professional and comforting. Dr Desai is very professional and friendly. He always discusses any issues or questions, and provides options where available. I usually take the most conservative approach to my healthcare, and Dr Desai understands and supports me.

Dr. Pragnesh A. Desi did my vasectomy over 23 years ago, made me feel extremely relaxed, and everything went amazingly easy, so when I was having urination issues and pain, that my family Dr.’s office nor the emergency room could figure out, I knew I had to go back to Dr. Pragnesh. I made my appointment, his office staff was very nice, he did some testing, and knew what to do right away. Turns out that I had a bad infection that nobody else found, which could have been very dangerous. His staff notified me as soon as they received my test results so I wasn’t sitting around worrying, and they also knew exactly how to do the billing so that everything was 100% right the first time with no issues. Dr. Pragnesh makes you feel comfortable, he is down to earth, talks to his patients in simple terms, explains everything, and really knows what he is doing. If you’re having any urology issues, do yourself a huge favor, save a ton of time, and possible medical complications, and go directly to… the top, Dr. Pregnesh is the top in my opinion. Dr. Desai is the doctor that you hope to have if you are in need of a urologist. He does not rush you for a quick diagnosis and or procedure. He works with you to determine the most appropriate and the least invasive test or procedure. He explains everything in terms that you will be able to understand. This honorable doctor doesn’t just answer your questions he also listens carefully to your responses to his questions. He is professional and thorough. Dr. Desai truly cares about you as a patient. He makes you feel significant. He never takes you for granted. He is the real deal. I cannot say enough about his staff. They treat you with respect. They are professional and deliver exceptional service. They made me feel comfortable immediately upon arriving at their office. I highly recommend Dr. Pragnesh Desai and his hard-working staff. Incorrect patient records, dirty office, and staff seems to have an unprofessional image. They are really only interested in the financials matters of this poorly run office. Do yourself a favor & locate a urologist that isn't stuck in the 80's & hires a component staff.

My experiences with Dr. Desai have been nothing but positive. I've found him to be highly competent and thorough, not to mention very understanding and compassionate. Highest recommendation.

Dr Desai treats you like a person and not like a number. He cares about your health and treatment plan. Very concerned about your well being and follows up as required. His office staff is very well organized and assists in making arrangements for additional testing and care.

Prior to having this procedure done I was "warned" by some friends who had other doctors that it can be painful at times. Truthfully I did not feel a thing and have had zero complications afterward. Dr. Desai was easy to talk to and even personally followed up a few days after my vasectomy to ensure there were no issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
