Excellent physician with very nice bedside manners

Very humble and excellent bedside manners

Went in with pain in left arm, shoulder and neck. they did several test: chest xray, Ecco cardiogram, checked blood for enzymes levels. Emergency doctor suggested I stay over night, she said she did not see any smoking guns but they would like to get more information to be sure . I agreed . Next morning I had a cardio ultrasound and the cardiologist came in and spoke to me, he said he had looked at all testing information and did not see anything wrong and dismissed me . Next test was a MRI for my neck , (order by the hospitalist doctor from the night before). Finally after 5 hours I get a call from the nurses desk from Dr.Rajput , I could hardly understand what she was telling me. I think she said I had herniation of disks wasn't sure which disks, I think she said 1st and 2nd . I kept asking her question with no answer only that she referred me to a surgeon, I could not hear anything else. She hung up. The nurse told me the referring doctor would be getting back to me in… the next few days. My complaint is , Attending Physician, Rajput HPS, Prajakta V MD I had questions. Do I rest, do I not lift anything , is it ok to travel to see my 92 years old mother on Monday . I got no information. The desk nurse was pushing papers for me to sign, she did tell me the referring Ninh Doan, MD would be calling me in the next days.
