Dr. Peddi graduated from Kakatiya Medical College in India. His medical degree was followed by a Master of Science in biotechnology and molecular biology at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, where he studied the effects of radiation on breast cancer cell lines and brain cancer. He came to Shreveport for his internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship at LSUHSC-Shreveport School of Medicine and Feist-Weiller Cancer Center.
