It’s not dr. Shah or Kelly that’s the problem, it’s the person that works by the window. Getting her to get things done is like pulling teeth! I’m in so much pain every day and worst at night, crying myself to sleep and weeks and weeks she hasn’t got any referrals done. And I call and I call leaving messages begging to have someone get back with me and nothing! And when she answer the phone? Again I beg to get it done as always she’ll say I’ll have done today. Another week past? Nothing done. I don’t know what to do? I love dr. Shah and ms. Jelly but the woman in the front desk are making them look bad! Pls, do something....

my husband and myself have been patients of dr. shah for about 20 years and have been well pleased with his medical care and very easy to talk with about your medial issue and DR. SHAH always will send you to another physician in the area of your problems if he thinks it is at all necessary , works with you and the other doctor with anything that is needed ...we have been well pleased with him as a DOCTOR BUT MOST OF ALL AS A FRIEND THAT WE CONSIDER LISTEN ALWAYS AND THEN CHEKS OUT ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE AND HE IS THE ONLY PHYSICIAN IN OUR TOWN AS INTERNAL MEDICINE THAT CONTINUE TO GO TO OUR HOSPITAL FOR HIS PATIENTS WHERE ALL TEH REST INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTORS DO NOT GO TO OUR HOSPITAL AND THIS MEANS SO MUCH TO US AS PATIENTS SINE OUR DOCTOR KNOWS OUR HEALTH NEEDS BETTER THAN ANOTHER DOCTOR... THIS WILL RATE HIS EXCELLENT SINCE WE DO NOT SEE DOCTORS THAT DO NOT KNOW OUR MEDICAL HISTORY..

I have never been so displeased about the care received from a doctor 's' office. A task as simple as making an appointment turned out to a frustrating one because the phone lines are busy for extended periods of time. The staff is not courteous, at all!!! They are very curt and dismissive when conversation with them over the phone. Every visit on average, we waited at least 50 minutes to see the doctor.
