Waited over 2 hours for a yearly physical, she told me I had diabetes, went to another doctor and found out I had stage 3 cancer. I would’ve died had I listened to Dr. Kasturi. Wait times are horrible, never went back!

Dr Kasturi was originally my Mother’s doctor and was loved so much I switched to her! She was extremely knowledgeable and I give her the highest honor for bedside personality. Best doctor we ever went to!!!

Had 50 lb weight loss without dieting in less than 6 mos from last appt, she wasn’t concerned. Talked to her about a nagging backache, pursued this issue with another MD, was diagnosed with uterine Stage 3 cancer. Waiting room time is over one hour passed scheduled appt., she is no longer my doctor.

Great Dr. honestly. Her only mistake was not doing tests in her office. No paps, etc. Everything was done by outside places like Quest Diagnostics located on lower level of building.This may be why she was forced to close her office in2018. She is a great doctor.

Gurnee office..45min-hour wait time, office manager loud and rude, doctor was very uninterested and I felt rushed, gave me some referrals way out of my way, didn't solve what I went in for, prescribed stuff I have no idea what its for, never going back or recommending. Doctor was pretty hot though..

Hour wait in small unkept waiting room. Had to listen to the rude personnel arguing. Could not get any follow up for a referral after asking for a month. Would not recommend this doctor.

I was a new patient in her facility & let me tell the worst, worst Dr. I have ever been seen by. The receptionist had an attitude, the NP was yelling at a student in front of patients. It was awful! Then the Dr. only gave me 5 minutes to speak she didn't do anything about by problem whats so ever. I arrived 20 min before my appointment and was waiting for an hour and the Dr. only had 5 mins. for me really!? NEVER AGAIN!
