Receptionist needs to be fired

Dr. Bhakta has been my doctor for 6+ years now. Even though I moved 30 minutes away I still drive to him. He still spends time in the room with each patient listening to every concern which is very important to me. You may end up waiting a bit longer than at a doctor who just runs everyone through but I prefer a doctor who takes time for the patient. I have lupus so i have several specialists and Dr. Bhakta makes sure to combine my care from all doctors and knows what is going on with all my care. I have recommended him to my granny and she switched after her longtime doctor retired. He takes great care of her too. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They will do what it takes to help you with insurance, prescriptions and scheduling outpatient services.

Have been patient for a few years. A recent response by an office attendant over the phone surprised me. I called about my concern for an unusual very uncomfortable pain I was experiencing and wondered if it might even be a blood clot? I was told NO he would not see me until over a week later and I should just go to the ER. Seriously people???

They lost a valuable employee..Leena was an amazing person she kept that office running perfect..she was the go to person...now they are lost without her...dr is amazing but the only member that is willing to help now is michael..if he leaves his office wont make it...leena needs to come back

THE DOCTOR IS WONDERFUL. HE LISTENS VERY WELL AND TAKES HIS TIME. MOST OF HIS STAFF IS INCREDIBLE. MICHAEL HIS NURSE MAKES YOU FEEL AT HOME AND WELCOMED. LINA IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND THE GO TO PERSON THERE SHE IS AMAZIN. THE BLOO GIRL MAKES YOUR EXPERIENCE PAIN FREE

his office failed to tell me I was covered by my insurance. wanted cash ONLY.

I came in to see Dr. Bhakta maybe three years ago, and he is now my primary doctor, and I'm thankful for it. Everything about Doctor Bhatka's practice is fantastic. First, obviously, he is not an "internist" as it states on vitals.com: he is a full fledged Doctor, and the best kind of doctor. Everything about Dr. Bhatka is the way it should be: 1) First, his staff. He has the best staff of ladies working there: they alone would make Dr. Bhatka my first choice for a physician. Funny, courteous and kind, I'm happy to consider all of them my friends. 2) The good Doctor. Perfectly professional, respectful and (best of all) he explains precisely what is happening to you: he doesn't speak down to you (like many doctors do) and he explains things like it was the first time he had ever done it, and not just something he has had to repeat ten thousand times. I've been through several main physicians in my life, and Dr. Bhatka is by *far* the best. 3) Everything Else: I… particularly like that the staff at Dr. Bhatka's office does all the little things right. They are certainly the right people to go to if you need a good diagnosis, good staff and a great doctor. I will be going to them for the rest of my life. I half-way didn't want to write a good review because: hey, I want to keep this doctor a secret! It's like finding a good plumber when you first move to a new town: find one and give him your first born daughter. It's that important. Dr. Bhatka's office is the best doctor of my life, and I would follow him to another state if I had to. Do yourself a favor and use him as your family doctor.

Very efficient, office visit is pleasant and girls are always in a good mood even on Mondays!
