As a hospitalist who has no clue about medical oncology, he told my mom, who was still waiting for her pathology results, that she should consider discontinuing treatment as she may never recover. She got positive news from her medical oncologists but this worthless doctor gave her his personal opinion instead of allowing her specialists to give her an informed decision based on test results. It was neither his place nor was it necessary to give her such news. It took us many days to bring my mom out of the depression that he put her in. Her pathology results later showed she had the best possible chance of recovery. He should not be practicing medicine. He got his degree from India and hope he is not harming his patients. Please run as fast as you can and find a better, more compassionate doctor.
