She has a very positive attitude. She explained everything in terms that I could understand. This was my first time having an appointment with her but she knew a good bit about me. We went through my medications and she made sure she understood what I was telling her. I had a good feeling of confidence in her by the end of her appointment. Her staff was very helpful and made sure all the information I had got entered into their database and she talked to me about the information.

This's my first appointment with Dr. Naini and it went really well. I'm very pleased with her profound caring attitude and professionalism. Her staff as well are very caring and courteous. I am very grateful and impressed with their professionalism and warmth. They are awesome!

I have going to this practice for quite some time; originally seeing Dr. Moraes. He moved out of state and I started seeing Dr. Naimi. All of my previous visits had been nice and pleasant until this past week. The receptionist checked me in and said there was a fee due for my visit. I have never had to do it in the past. I had my payment out ready to pay; the receptionist said you can have a seat we are checking something. She came back saying I'd have to reschedule since I didn't have a form of payment ..I said I never said that. The nurse then took me back to see the doctor but first we went to their lab. I asked why are you doing that the labs were just done at Quest. She said okay that's fine and we went to the room. While attempting to check my blood pressure the machine kept not getting a reading ...but my arm was throbbing. She eventually got it The doctor came in to see me and we had a pleasant visit for the most part. I went to check out to schedule my appointment… next year; asking the receptionist if they could give me the lab orders. The comment was well we prefer to do it here so the doctor sees it right away. I said per our insurance we have to use quest or LabCorp. She didn't give me much of an answer. In years past I paid for the visit after the claim was processed since that's the procedure for our insurance.

It's been a long time since I've ventured out to seek help from a specialist because I've often not been taken seriously. Dr. Naini was so kind and attentive and addressed my concerns with knowledge and compassion. The staff members were equally amazing.

I was nervous going for my preliminary appointment. Dr. Naini was simply amazing from her bedside manner, to her knowledge and ability to explain things, to her exemplary staff. If I could give more stars I would.
