Dr. Prasad Challagulla

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Prasad Challagulla and his staff. I was referred to him by my dentist for emergency root canal procedure. I was very anxious but Dr. Prasad Challagulla was very patient with me and the staff was very helpful and kind. They were able to accommodate me in 24 hours regardless of their busy schedule. Dr. Prasad Challagulla is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice, it’s not easy to find a good dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Prasad Challagulla and his staff.

On Oct 5, 2018, I visited the practice of Endodontist Prasad Challagula, M.D. for a Root Canal / Infection treatment. I Must have indeed been very scared indeed because of all the horror stories about Root Canal procedure. To my great delight, Dr. Challagulla proved to be a really skilled dental surgeon, very knowledgeable, with wonderful bedside manners. He is very humorous, and a great conversationalist, soothing and able to put a patient at ease with frequent explanations about what he was doing. I believe Dr. Challagulla gave me the best Service possible and saved my infected tooth. He is also a good human being with intellectual curiosity, able to navigate several topics. His office personnel were all very courteous, indeed gracious and easy to reach by phone.

I was referred to Dr. Challagulla's care after a complication with my root canal at a different dentist's office. After having had a not so good experience at the other dentist's office I was very apprehensive about the visit with Dr. Challagulla. Much to my relief, the team at Valley Endodontics and Microsurgery was very good and kind. Meeting Dr. Challagulla for the consult was a very pleasant experience. He explained things very well making sure to address questions that I had and further explaining any new and unfamiliar terms or procedures. His "bedside" manner is nothing short of excellent either. He takes time to get to know his patients and does not rush to just the procedure just to get the visit over with compared to other providers. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless comfortable. I say "surprisingly" because that was not my experience previously at other places. Even during the procedure, Dr. Challagulla was communicating with me regarding the steps of the… procedure and what to expect or what I might feel or hear which is definitely helpful to decrease your anxiety. From the first step to the last step of the procedure I felt like I was in very good hands and I was correct in thinking that. Even a day after the procedure, Dr. Challagulla called and checked in with me and made himself available for any questions, comments and/or concerns regarding my procedure. I absolutely recommend Dr. Challagulla and his team at Valley Endodontics and Microsurgery to anyone who needs their help.
