Save your money! Dying is more efficient than dealing with this unprofessional, vindictive practice! They did not process my referral, after I called my Primary Doctor, who sent the referral 4 days prior to my appointment. They made me pay out of pocket for my appointment, that was necessary for my surgery. The receptionist Briana is awful! That is precisely where the chaos begins...at the door. The Billing Specialist Stephanie is a absolutely ridiculous. My insurance company called me because they billed for 11 different codes- which was incorrect. I have been waiting months for a refund; although, I have reached out to the practice multiple times. I would never recommend this practice, for anything. Please save your energy and spend your money elsewhere!!!

Brilliant. A great listener. Sets patients at ease. Answers all questions in detail. Is always pleasant and inspires confidence. Be prepared to wait your turn, but well worth the wait.

At my last appointment, I was still sitting in the waiting room waiting for the receptionist to hand me a paper; however she thought I had left. then one of her PA's I believe tall, blond, and the receptionisht and Jessica started talking about my health care plan, what prescriptions the doctor wrote. The entire office heard them including my caregiver, I was very upset and intend to write a letter to Dr Garimella, I believe they violated HIPPA laws.
