Dr. Kaul is was able to diagnose me and get me started on the proper medication very quickly. He's flexible with appointment times and always understood how hectic my schedule is. He makes the appointments very swift, and the waiting time is very reasonable. Very approachable, does not communicate like a robot and really knows how to connect with his patients. He's always available via text and will call me for updates or any changes. Overall excellent experience.

Dr.Kaul really made it easy for me to get started in psychitric treatment and was helpful and available throughout the process. There was no pressure to take medications and every step was explained well. I really turned a corner in my life during my work with him and makes me very sad to find a new psychiatrist after an impending move. Highly recommended!

ok, if you're looking for med maintenance. keeps appointments short. didn't enjoy the fat-shaming lecture. isn't willing to prescribe "riskier" meds (TCAs, MAOIs). generally listens. doesn't give referrals -- asks patients to cold-call therapists, ECT/TCMS providers, who of course won't see patients without a referral (or aren't taking new clients).
