I was put on a wait list and quickly was moved to a sooner opening. Wick check and short wait time for the Dr. Appreciated his willingness to listen and take action to begin problem resolution

Dr. Krishnan was very professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. I found him to be very knowledgeable; and he patiently explained everything in detail. He also has a good sense of humor!

Dr. Krishnan performed two procedures for me. He is very professional and down to Earth. He was committed to helping improve my quality of life. I appreciated his thoroughness. I highly recommend Dr. Krishnan.

I showed up and the lady that checked me in was extremely rude and “almost” acted like it was a chore to actually do her job. I find it very hard to accept that someone could be so rude when something might be going on with you. Very unprofessional. Once I got in the back, those that took care of me were very professional. I met with Dr. Krishnan for less than a minute and it didn’t seem like he wanted to speak with me about my issues. It almost felt as if “how many procedures can I do this day”. Procedure went fine. But the last colonoscopy I had done, the Dr. actually came back and talked to me about my results. Not Dr. Krishnan. The only communication I had was with a nurse. I only met with Dr. Krishnan for a very brief period of time. He NEVER once asked about my symptoms. Once again, It felt like “how many procedures can I get done today”. At least my last Dr. seemed to genuinely cared about what might be happening. Not very impressed with this clinic other than the nurses that… took care of me.

I was totally scared coming into getting my colonoscopy! I must say, Dr. Prashant Vasanth Krishnan was so kind and helped me feel at ease! He is responsive to questions and answered in a professional pleasant way that was totally understandable. I want to thank him and his whole team for their kindness and compassion. I also want to thank Dr for sending home all the information on paper for ease of reading and understanding! I would highly recommend this facility and Dr to all!!
