Dr. Patel Prashant will give no appointment if you do not give his office staff your credit card number and SECURITY COD on that card! because they want to charge $70 for no show after taking all your information- name , birth date, address, phone number, all insurance info, full SSI number- they save this for last - they should ask for a security code on your credit card as a first question! No stars for this office and this doctor because I couldn’t even get an appointment without a security code on my credit card

Dr. Patel takes the time to explain your options to you. He will tell you the facts on the different options you have and not studies or tests that aren't needed. Very nice doctor.

I have had my first visit to Dr. Patel. He took lots of time explaining his findings and answering my questions in depth.

The office staff is disorganized, rude and not at all helpful. Phone calls are not returned and follow through leaves much to be desired. The doctor is inconsistent. At times, he doesn't appear to listen to what you say but has a preconceived diagnosis
