In Jan 2008 I has surgery and Had a few small holes that would not close that was not a big deal I just wanted to Know what was comming out of the hole. It turned out to be bone wax that did not hardend due to my underling undiagnosed Elhers-Danlos . I had a long list of symptoms I had been fighting with for over 10 years. The surgery was to remove my lower sternum that had become dislocated 6 or 7 months before. I had a history of prior surgerys not healing within 6 months to a year that he was told about prior to surgery. Instead of taking the time to find answers or send me to the someone who may have the answers he took the stance that I must be doing this to myself for attention and doing something to my small wounds. No infection just opening. How I could have made soft bone wax come out of the hole every day until it closed, when bone wax is suppost to harded with in mins like bone yet soft clear putty. It was falling out the holes like a pez dispenser. I may not be smart as a… surgon but even I am not that clueless that a person can do that to themself. He could have been my Hero and helped me find answers yet he could not be bothered so he jumped on the im so smart if i can figure it out you must be making it up band wagon and i served my country for this treatment. When I confronted Him too let him know the Geneticist found out year later what I have and Why I had a issue with wound closing, bone wax not working and dislocatng joints and I would like him to please remove the statement he put in my medical record that I was manipulating my wound to keep it from closing for attention since its proven not true . Elhers-Danlos has poor wound healing and scaring. He did not say anything and ran from me like a little man child. Now who is manipulaing. Its not me. He manipulated my medical record at his own whim. Everyone needs to run away like him. I am glad he moved at least I domt have to bump into him in the halls to watch him take off
