Dr. Pratibha Bansal, MD

Absolute worst doctor I’ve ever been to. She gaslights patients constantly. After 18 months of going there she didn’t even know who I was without her computer, which was all she ever looked at. Never cared about the person in front of her! Disrespectful in every way.

Dr. Bansal is truly a horrible person, but a good doctor. She thinks she is a god. She is disrespectful and belittles everyone. How she stays open is amazing. How her nurses and staff don’t quit on her is very surprising.

My visit with Dr Bansal is good... the wait time is not long and she suggested I do exercise for my back and it really helped... now we are working on my knee which I need a replacement on and I have.... with doing exercises and medicine.

She has always been upfront with me and doesn't rush me out like I'm just a number

I wanted to take a moment to explain something,that I have notice while waiting to see Dr. Bansal. Pain medication alone is not the answer, the doctor recommends exercising that will benefit your situation. She recommended swimming in my case really I said ,thought no way that would work. To my surprise it made all the difference in my recovery. My advice to anyone is to follow the doctors orders!!

Before my surgery I was in severe pain. Every pain management facility were booked for months including Doctor Bansals facility. Her staff actually took the time to listen to me, I was in that week .The Doctor herself was very caring and understanding. She listened to me , and in turn I listen and followed her directions and was able to keep working until my surgery.

She always takes time to talk with me. She never rushes our talks. Yes she suggest physical therapy and tells me meds are just a bandage. But never ever made me feel like I'm there just for meds. Not only is she concerned about my physical condition she wants to know what's going on in my life. I would highly recommend her if you want a Dr that is concerned about every aspect of your life!!!

Ive NEVER been one to pull race card. Its my opinion that this Doc either hates ME, or Black people in general. Ive observed her demeanor as she deals with certain patients, and niticed a pattern. Ive even spoken to other patients. Im forced to conckude what ive stated earlier. She hates ME, or she hates Black people. My bet is the latter. She CERTAINLY wouldnt be the first Indian woman to behave this way. I wont be going back!

I saw the Dr. years ago and now I need to find another doctor. I called the office and was told she would not write any pain meds for me because years ago she weaned me off them. I also took a urine test and it said I took morphine. NO way did I take it. The levels were very low, I told her I never took anything I was not prescribed. I talked to her for a long time, but she did not listen to me. Now I need another doctor so I called the office and was told she will never write me any prescriptions because of the morphine. I am so out in woods, I have called over 20 doctors and either they are not taking new people or they do not take my ins. I do not take anything!! She once told me I did not have fibromyalgia??? I have 3 fusions in my spine and now have another herniated disc. I am in a wheelchair now too. I can't walk or stand for more than a minute before I get horrid pain in my legs and back. She once told me she would not retire now, She said when I stop having fun doing this she… would think about it.
