Dr. Pratibha Dua, MD

Dr. Dua has no compassion. She refused to address my pain or prescribe medication for a herniated disc, instead telling me I was only having muscle pain and needed a massage and physical therapy. She mis-read the xray and refused to order a mri. I needed surgery. I had nerve pain for months and she refused to address it, telling me to have my surgeon prescribe medication for long term pain management.

Every time I call this office To make a make an appointment for you are put on hold. I was on hold for a hour and 45 minutes but when you go in there, they’re just sitting there. They’re not answering the phones.I have been on hold an hour and 45 minutes to make an appointment. I could have drove there from independence 3times unbelievable

Dr. Dua is one of a kind, Doctor, She listens to me an explains my medical to me,I have numerouce medical problems, an she stays right on top of them, She very kind an has great compasion for her patients, I would recomend her Highly to anyone looking for a really good DOCTOR

takes care of her patients.

Every Hospital should have such a brilliant doctor.
