Some staff can be rude and disrespectful.

Excellent service I have been under his care for a very long time and have great respect for him and the care he gives me over the years

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for many years and find him very courteous and will always listen to any medical problem i have. But. of course I'm not a hypochondriac that waste the doctors time or resources inventing a fake illness or disease. i have better things to do than to complain like most people do that, have to wait a few minutes in a doctors office.

Like a previous reviewer, I have also gone to Dr Patel for many years, and was very satisfied. But over the past year or two, he seems to be becoming more dismissive, jaded, and surprisingly, even rude on a couple of occasions. It has left me baffled. I, like others, was willing to overlook a couple of his staff who are often exceedingly rude to some of the patients, including myself. I’ve witnessed this on several occasions, and have seen some turn and walk out, rightfully so. No one appreciates being spoken to like that, and with no provocation. One wonders if Dr Patel has been made aware of the situation, and if so, did he believe it or address the situation? No doubt, his best asset is his head nurse, the heart and soul of that practice. It’s difficult to find a good doctor, much less one who will listen and take you seriously. But many years ago, a highly respected doctor, in Jackson, MS, advised, should a doctor not listen to you or take you seriously, get up… immediately and walk out. As much as I have resisted, it may be becoming time.

He was my Dr for many years when I first came to Patel he cared about his Patience's but as for me and many others the more dollars the less careing on his part doesn't like for another Dr specialist to give advice on what's better for his patient its really sad and god bless him for his head nurse is the glue that holds this non careing physician together

difficult to understand. - The office does not appear clean

The staff "not the doctor" refused to see me because I had been seen in the er and the Baptist hospital had not put it in there system yet. I do not have a regular physician and was refused treatment. And I was seen in the er with high blood pressure and chest pain. He needs to take a look at who is working with him.
