Dr. Preetesh Pankaj Patel, MD

Dr. Preetesh Patel is excellent. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, yet very personable and down to earth…easy to talk to. He carefully listens to you and he continually offers more potential solutions to your back pain issues. I am a 73 year old man, and have been very strong and active all my life. However I have suffered with debilitating back pain for over 5 years now, and I have become very inactive. I have been to several spine specialists, with little help or relief. But In only 4 months Dr. Patel has figured out what was causing all of my low, my mid, and my thoracic back pain, and he has effectively treated every problem area with ablations and steroid epidurals! I can now turnover in bed without tears and moaning and actually sleep all night. I can bend down and pick up dropped items. I can pick up my 2 year old granddaughter. I’m close to even swinging a golf club (hopeful) without severe pain! Thanks to Dr Patel. He has/is changing my life!

This is by far the least professional, inhumane group of individuals who have no intelligence and 0 clinical skills. Beverly B., in particular, has floored me with her level of disrespect and inability to accomplish anything. I will never return simply because she cannot control her business office.

From initial calls to Sahari (office admin) and Christina (insurance & billing) these ladies were articulate and listened intently to me, ultimately delivering outstanding customer service before my first appointment. I've visited the Roswell office 4 times in the past 3 months and EVERYONE, from the receptionist, to charge nurse, to scheduler, through recovery nurse, they are positive and professional, exuding genuine, positive efforts that leads to unbelievable pain relief that they as a team deliver with their leader, Dr. Preetesh Patel.

I dont understand some of these negative reviews, i think they were made up by his competitioin. He and his staff ar the best i have been seeing them for years. He is smart, kind, and compassionate.

After 24 years of chronic to acute pain, due to car wrecks, I have my mobility back! I never imagined I would ever be able to move without constantly, with each step, being careful not to do anything to agitate my back further. Between an RFA and two sets of epidurals, I have my life back. I can garden, take normal steps, sit down and stand up without pain, and play more with my kids, all without fear of being in acute pain for several weeks. Dr. Patel is excellent! From the first visit, he laid out a plan of care and expected time table. He was clear about expected, potential pain relief. He is honest, a good listener, and I believe he genuinely cares. His entire staff, from front desk to procedure room is kind, efficient, and professional. I would trust them all to care my family.

Dr. Patel has helped me with my spinal issues for almost two years. He is kind, he spends time with me answering my questions, and he makes certain I am comfortable with my procedures. Dr.Patel’s staff is also wonderful! Each person is kind, patient and compassionate. I appreciate them tremendously and would recommend Dr.Patel to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Preetesh Patel for almost 10 year now, and his treatment has helped me to put off surgery (which I dread like the plague) for many years. Dr Patel sits down with me to talk about my problem areas with each visit, and I feel that he really cares about making me feel better, and more able to do the things I want to do. I will continue to see Dr. Patel for treatments until he tells me I need surgery. And believe me, he will tell you if he can't do anything to help - we have referred family members, and Dr Patel has been honest and up front about what he can and cannot resolve regarding the causes of one's pains. For me, Dr Patel has been a miracle worker!

I very highly recommend Dr Preetesh Patel. I've had chronic back pain for decades. I've seen numerous orthopedics, and neurologists through the years with only surgery or pain meds to lessen the pain. Now, with the opioid crisis, I've had nothing for pain for the last couple of years. Only hand fulls of OTC pain meds which are damaging my organs. I was in tears daily. Living on cereal since it was too much to cook a meal. My house and yard was a mess. Barely making enough money to hang on to my house. I had hit rock bottom. Dr Patel has given me my life back following the RFA he performed. There is no way I can ever repay him for his abilities. I'll never be pain free, but now, I can say "I have a backache" instead of excruciating pain. I'm so excited to actually feel like living again! The facility is ran professionally, with very little wait time. The staff is friendly and professional. I can't say enough to express my gratitude for everyone there.

Never listens. Always in a rush but always kept me waiting. His office is nothing more than an assembly line.
